The formerly orange “Mars” type rocks surrounding the entrance to Tomorrowland are getting a repaint to a more futuristic metallic look including tones of purple, blue and silvery.<\/p>\n

Scaffold is visible for the repainting of the rockwork. It appears a primer or base coat is currently being done.<\/p><\/div>\n

The area in the extended queue for Stitch’s Great Escape that goes down along the side of the building shows fully completed rocks in the new paint scheme. These were taken with flash at night to help show the color.<\/p>\n

And you can see some staging area including a popup tent way down at the very end behind the neon lightning of the decor.<\/p>\n

Should be interesting to see what the finished product will look like! This repaint will definitely change the color and style of Tomorrowland’s entry from a Martian theme to a more Sci Fi\/ space\/futuristic coloration.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
